• Due to installing WordPress without creating a database

    I received the following message:-

Your installed PHP files show that the MySQL plugin is missing, which is mandatory for WordPress.

Please check that the mysqli PHP extension is installed and enabled.

If you're not sure what these terms mean, you might want to write to the host. If you need any help, you can always visit the WordPress technical support forums

I tried to log in from the WordPress login page, but it did not recognize the username and password

I tried to create a new database using the same user name suggested to me previously by the system

However, the system refused and sent a message accordingly

There is a system user named “cjeb”. You cannot create a database user with that name.

Error: The request failed. (Error ID: v3z6zf) Ask your hosting provider to research this error in cPanel & WHM’s main error log.

     Hoping for help
