Once your store is connected, every WinnyPlus service you subscribe to works with your store's orders, carts, customers and products, with nothing else to install.

What you get

Your services at a glance. The plugin's Home shows every WinnyPlus service, where you stand with each (active, cancelled, not subscribed yet), a few numbers for the ones you use, what each one takes from your store, and a link to do the next thing in your dashboard. A new service shows up here without updating the plugin.

Orders and carts. New orders, status changes, carts started and left behind, and the checkout, so you can manage orders, follow what customers leave in their carts, and answer them (for example with a WhatsApp reminder).

Where customers come from. Orders and carts say whether the customer came from an ad, a social network, a search engine, an email, another website or straight to your store.

Products and stock. Your products with their variations, prices and stock, so the catalog and the stock stay in step with the store.

Your control. What is sent is decided from your WinnyPlus dashboard; the plugin only sends what you switched on. You can disconnect from the plugin at any time.

You need a WinnyPlus account. The plugin is free; the WinnyPlus services are subscriptions on winnyplus.com. Without a connection, the plugin sends nothing.

External services

This plugin connects to the WinnyPlus platform (api.winnyplus.com), operated by WinnyPlus. It is the service the plugin exists for: without it the plugin does nothing.

What it is used for and when data is sent

Connecting your store. When you enter the connection code, the plugin sends the code, this site's REST address and the plugin version to WinnyPlus, and receives a token that is kept encrypted in your database.

Events from your store. Only after you connect, and only for the kinds of event you switched on in your WinnyPlus dashboard, the store sends to WinnyPlus: new and changed orders (order number, status, totals, items, payment and shipping method, billing and shipping address, customer name, phone and email, customer note), carts and checkouts (items, totals and, when the visitor has typed them, phone, email and name), new customers (name, phone, email) and products (name, SKU, price, stock, images, categories). Each event may also say where the customer came from (see "Privacy" below).

Your WinnyPlus Home page. When you open the plugin's pages in the WordPress admin, the plugin asks WinnyPlus for your list of services and their numbers (the connection token is sent), and keeps the answer for a few minutes. Before you connect, it asks for the public list of services (nothing about you is sent).

Changes you make in WinnyPlus. WinnyPlus calls this site's REST routes (authenticated with a secret only WinnyPlus holds) to change an order's status, read past orders, products and customers, or update stock, when you ask for it in your WinnyPlus account.

Disconnecting. When you disconnect or delete the plugin, it tells WinnyPlus so the connection is closed.

Service provider: WinnyPlus. Terms of use: https://winnyplus.com/en/legal/integrations/terms . Privacy policy: https://winnyplus.com/en/legal/integrations/privacy .

The plugin also shows links to the WinnyPlus dashboard (account.winnyplus.com) and help center (help.winnyplus.com). They are only links; nothing is sent when they are shown.

Privacy

The plugin sets one first-party cookie,
winnyplus_connect_attr
(30 days), on the pages of your store, to remember where a visitor came from: the campaign parameters of the link, the referring website, the app the page was opened in, and the landing page. It holds nothing that identifies the visitor. You can stop it with the filter
winnyplus_connect_capture_attribution
, for example until the visitor accepts marketing cookies:
add_filter( 'winnyplus_connect_capture_attribution', '__return_false' );

The plugin adds text for your privacy policy (Settings > Privacy > Policy Guide).

The data sent to WinnyPlus is customer data of your store. You are responsible for the notice to your customers; the text above is meant to help.

Install and activate WooCommerce, then this plugin (Plugins > Add New, or upload the folder to
/wp-content/plugins/
).

In your WinnyPlus dashboard, open your brand and start a new WooCommerce connection. You get a connection code, valid for 10 minutes.

In WordPress, open the WinnyPlus menu, enter the code and click "Complete pairing".

Your services appear on the Home page. Choose what is sent from your WinnyPlus dashboard.

Do I need a WinnyPlus account?

Yes. A store that is already connected stays connected.

The cookie that remembers where a visitor came from is now named winnyplus_connect_attr.

3.14.0

Services are grouped by solution (Commerce, Online presence, Customer engagement): an All tab and one tab per solution filter the list, and a service wears the color of its solution (Orders and Catalog are both Commerce).

3.13.0

The plugin no longer keeps an event log in your store's database (it only grew): what WinnyPlus received is shown on the WinnyPlus side. The table older versions made is removed on its own. The pages now use the full width of the screen.

"What is sent" now shows, for each part (orders, customers, carts, products), which of your services use it.

3.12.1

The Activity log no longer grows without end: entries older than 14 days (and anything beyond the newest 20,000) are removed on their own, in small steps, and each entry keeps a short answer only. Both limits can be changed with the
winnyplus_connect_log_days
and
winnyplus_connect_log_rows
filters.

3.12.0

A new home for the plugin: your setup as four steps, your services with where you stand with each (active, cancelled, not subscribed yet), the numbers of the active ones, what each service uses from your store, and a link to do the next thing in the WinnyPlus dashboard. It is read from WinnyPlus every time, so a new service shows up here without updating the plugin. Not connected yet, it shows what you get once you connect.

The pages share one design and one tab bar (Home, What is sent, Activity).

3.11.0

Carts and orders now say where the customer came from: Facebook or Instagram (an ad, or not, when it can be told), Snapchat, TikTok, Google and other search engines, email, another website, or straight to the store, and any other platform under its own name, with the campaign when the link has one. It is remembered in a small first-party cookie set by the store's own pages; a consent plugin can switch it off with the
winnyplus_connect_capture_attribution
filter. Orders made before this version use WooCommerce's own order attribution when the store has it.

3.10.0

WinnyPlus can now read the people your store knows (customers with an account, and the billing details of your orders, which also holds guests) to add them to its contacts. Nothing in your store is changed.

3.9.2

The whole cart is reported each time what is in it changes: a product added, removed or brought back, or a quantity changed. It is driven only by what the visitor does (no timer, no polling), and nothing is sent twice for the same contents.

3.9.1

The cart is now reported only when a product is added to it (and again when the checkout opens): no timer, no report for removing an item or changing a quantity, and nothing is sent twice for the same contents.

3.9.0

WinnyPlus can now see what is in a cart as it changes (a new event, switched off until you turn it on), not only the first item. This lets you see which products are put in carts and left behind.

3.8.1

A cart reported to WinnyPlus now carries its real total (it was sent as 0 when the first item was added), so the value of carts left behind is right.

3.8.0

WinnyPlus can now keep the stock of your products up to date: when it holds the count (from every channel, orders included), your store shows and sells by that number. Only products you linked to WinnyPlus items are touched, and only when you use stock in WinnyPlus.

The plugin can now tell WinnyPlus when a visitor starts a cart and opens the checkout (and, once they have typed their phone, who they are), and every order says which cart it came from. WinnyPlus shows how many carts reach checkout and how many are left behind, and can send a WhatsApp reminder to a customer who left a cart. The two new events are switched off until you turn them on in WinnyPlus.

3.7.0

WinnyPlus can now read your products (with their variations, prices and categories) to build your catalog from them. Nothing in your store is changed.

3.6.0

Order lines now carry the store's own id of the product (and of its variation), so WinnyPlus links each line to the right item in your catalog even if the SKU is empty or later changed.

3.5.0

The plugin pages now show the plugin version and, under the banner, links to the WinnyPlus dashboard, the Help Center and the service pages (opened in your admin language). All the addresses live in one place in the plugin.

3.4.0

Cash on delivery is no longer reported as paid while the order is only being processed: it counts as paid once the order is completed (delivered). Order events now tell when the payment changed.

When your team changes the quantity of an item (or removes it) in WinnyPlus, the order in your store follows. Order lines now carry their own id.

3.3.0

WinnyPlus can now set an order's status in your store (for example when your team marks it being prepared, completed or cancelled), and ask the store for the orders it already has so they appear in WinnyPlus Orders. Orders sent this way are marked as past orders: nobody is notified and no customer is messaged about them.

3.2.0

Order events now say what changed: the status the order left, and whether its status, items or details changed. Edits to items and details are reported too. The order also tells whether it needs shipping.

3.1.0

Orders now carry what WinnyPlus Orders needs: the store's order id, when it was placed, subtotal, discount, tax, whether it is paid, the billing address and an optional branch (filter
winnyplus_connect_order_branch
).

3.0.3

Fixed: order events failed while building the message text (a missing function), so nothing was sent after QUEUED. Any build or send failure is now recorded as ERROR in the Event Log instead of being lost.

3.0.2

Events are now sent right after the page response instead of waiting for WP-Cron (which many hosts do not run reliably); WP-Cron is only a retry. Fixes events that never left the site.

Block (Store API) checkout orders are captured too.

The Event Log shows each step: QUEUED when captured, then SENT or an error.

3.0.1

The Event Log now shows events that were skipped because they are not enabled in the WinnyPlus dashboard, and the Sync page warns when nothing is enabled.

3.0.0

Renamed from WinnyPlus Engage: the plugin is now general and no longer tied to one service.

New: product events with variants, prices, images and stock; the plugin declares its capabilities when pairing.

The enabled-events push now arrives at /wp-json/winnyplus-connect/v1/sync-config.

Removed: the WhatsApp test-number mode (a messaging concern that belongs to the platform).

Connects WooCommerce to your WinnyPlus account: orders, carts, customers and products reach your services, followed from one dashboard.
["GET
