Upload ‘sticky-posts-switch’ to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. 2. The Plugin Works, but it doesn’t respect Custom Post Types. All Stickies in the Posts section become stickies in all other custom post types.
