Instead to send the email confirmation to the user (signer),the message "thank you" is sent to the original email set in petition.I have tested many times,all the messages are collected in one email (the original),users (signers) dont receive anything,even to confirm their signature.

We've had many complaints from people saying that when they add their name to our petition, nothing happens. It seems they are actually being added, but they don't know about it, so they keep trying (needlessly) over and over again. There needs to be much better feedback to users. E.g., if a feedback/confirmation message is shown to new signers at the top of the screen, then make sure the page is reloaded. Reloading the page would ensure they can see their name in the list of signers too (if, like me, you are using the plugin with "confirm signatures" turned off). Comments based on v2.4.2 of plugin.
