## الوصف

Sincra is an AI chatbot for a business website. It answers your visitors from your
own pages and files, collects their contact details and emails you each lead.

This plugin adds your Sincra chatbot to every page of your WordPress site. You paste
your Sincra install code once in Settings > Sincra. There is no theme file to edit
and no code plugin to install.

What Sincra does on your site:

 * Answers visitors from the content you give it: your website pages, files and 
   questions and answers you write.
 * Replies in the language of the visitor.
 * Asks for the visitor’s contact details and emails you the lead.
 * Shares your booking link when you have one.

What this plugin does:

 * Adds one settings page with one field, your Sincra account ID.
 * Loads the Sincra chatbot on the public pages of your site once that field is 
   saved.
 * Loads nothing and contacts no server until you save your account ID.

What this plugin does not do:

 * It does not read your WooCommerce orders, stock or cart. Sincra answers from 
   the pages and files you add to it.
 * It does not create your Sincra account. You create it at sincra.cloud.

#### You need a Sincra account

Sincra is a paid service with a free plan. The free plan gives 50 responses a month
on 1 website, with Sincra branding on the chat and no card needed. Paid plans start

All the code of this plugin is free and works the same on every Sincra plan.

### External services

This plugin connects your site to Sincra, a service run by Sincra (https://sincra.
cloud). Without it, the plugin does nothing.

**Sincra (sincra.cloud)**

 * What it is used for: to show the chatbot and to generate its answers.
 * When data is sent: on every public page of your site, once you have saved your
   account ID, the browser of the visitor loads https://sincra.cloud/embed.js and
   the settings of your chatbot. When the visitor sends a message, the message is
   sent to Sincra to generate the answer.
 * What is sent: your Sincra account ID, the address of your site, the IP address
   and browser details of the visitor that any web request carries, the messages
   the visitor writes, a conversation identifier and the contact details the visitor
   chooses to give.
 * Browser storage: the chatbot stores no identifier in the browser of the visitor
   until the visitor sends a message. After that it keeps one conversation identifier
   in the local storage of the browser.

**Cloudflare Turnstile**

 * What it is used for: Sincra uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the chat from
   automated abuse. It runs in a frame served from sincra.cloud, which loads a script
   from challenges.cloudflare.com.
 * When data is sent: when the chatbot runs that check in the browser of the visitor.
 * What is sent: the data Cloudflare Turnstile collects from the browser to tell
   people from bots, including the IP address.

## التنصيب

 1. Install the plugin and activate it.
 2. Go to Settings > Sincra.
 3. If you have no Sincra account, select “Create your free Sincra account” and follow
    the steps.
 4. In Sincra, open Widget and copy your install code.
 5. Paste the code in the Account ID field and save. The plugin keeps only your account
    ID.
 6. In Sincra, under Widget > Allowed domains, check that the domain of your site is
    on the list. The chatbot only answers on the domains listed there.
 7. Open any page of your site. The chatbot is in the corner.

### Do I need a Sincra account?

Yes. The plugin only connects your site to Sincra. There is a free plan with 50 
responses a month on 1 website.

### Where do I find my account ID?

In Sincra, open Widget and copy your install code. Paste the whole code in Settings
> Sincra. The plugin takes the account ID from it.

### I saved my account ID and the chatbot does not answer.

Check that the domain of your site is listed under Widget > Allowed domains in Sincra,
and that “Show the widget on your website” is on. If your site uses a cache plugin,
clear its cache.

### I already pasted the Sincra code on my site.

Remove that code before you save your account ID here, so the chatbot is not loaded
twice. If you used a code snippets plugin for it, turn that snippet off.

### How do I remove the chatbot?

Empty the Account ID field and save, or deactivate the plugin.

### Does this plugin make external requests?

Not from your server. Once you save your account ID, the browsers of your visitors
load the chatbot from sincra.cloud. See “External services”.
