Phone Validator for WPForms adds professional phone number validation to block spam
and ensure data quality.

Key validations:
 * Phone number length limits * Repetitive digit patterns (e.g.,
1111111) * Blacklisted numbers/patterns * Country code restrictions (+7, +380, +
44, etc.) * IP throttling to prevent form flooding

Includes detailed logging of blocked attempts and auto-cleanup for performance.
