This plugin may not have had any major updates recently, BUT it still works brilliantly!

Works as described and solved display issues on mobiles.

It definitely ‘hides’ stuff, but just leaves a big white space where the non-mobile content is so it ruins the desktop layout. Waste of time.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It does exactly what it says it will do. So many site builders claim to be set up for responsive building but their restrictions only work in one direction, that is, they allow you to NOT display certain content on mobile, but don’t allow you to create mobile only versions of pages. This simple plug in solves that problem.
