When a visitor uses the chat, their messages, the name/email/country they enter, the page address, browser and IP address are sent to HTchat so you can reply. * In WordPress admin, when you sign in, check or disconnect the connection, your HTchat email and password (sign-in only, never stored), your site address, plugin version and WordPress version are sent to https://htchat.app/api/public/wp/.
