Two-Factor-Extensions provides sms functionality to the Two-Factor plugin. In order to send sms messages this plugin
will require a plugin that provides sms messaging features. Currently it supports only supports WP SMS.

I’ve been trying to get SMS as an option in the two factor plugin. I downloaded the sms addon plugin for it that hasn’t been updated in many years and was slogging my way through that. This worked wonderfully after updating it to fix one bug that occurred with WP SMS as the sending plugin. Submitting that bug fix report in the support tab now.
