Follow this plugin on GitHub

Unzip the downloaded ‘edd-htaccess-editor.zip’ file
Upload the ‘edd-htaccess-editor’ folder to ‘/wp-content/plugins’ directory of your WordPress installation
Activate the plugin via the WordPress Plugins page
