Allows you to match the custom fields of a post type to meta box fields. It will allow you to match the fields and then will automatically
convert them.

التنصيب

Upload custom-fields-to-metaboxes to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Go to Tools > Cust. Fields to Meta and follow the instructions.
