You can customize: – Chat title – Primary color – Bubble position – Welcome message ### Does the free version include message limits? Yes. The free version includes a daily message limit per visitor. ### Why does the chatbot stay hidden until AI is connected? Botzio keeps the public chatbot hidden until AI is tested successfully or a supported Pro workflow is available. Visitors should not see a half-configured chatbot. ### Can I see provider errors when AI fails? Yes. Admin-only diagnostics show the last AI provider error with provider, model, timestamp, and message.
